Public Comment: Public comment will be taken at 2:30 p.m.and throughout the meeting at the discretion of the chair.

Driving
Directions:
Take I-95 to exit #1. Follow the signs to Key Biscayne. Go over the Rickenbacker Bridge. Look for the Miami Seaquarium and the Rosenstiel School of Marine Science (RSMAS) on the right. SEFSC is across the street from RSMAS. Take a left at the light in front of RSMAS. There are two National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) buildings on the left (across the street from the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory). The SEFSC main building is yellow. Drive around the back of the main building and look for the building with the underwater mural. The conference room is on the first floor.

Visitors may park in any open space in front of the building.
